The inception of Raffles Strata Management Pte Ltd is to run a boutique Managing Agent / Facilities Management business, to serve MCSTs.

Its founders are practitioners within the Managing Agent sector with over 20 years of experience between them.

The vision, in the formation of Raffles Strata Management Pte Ltd, is to provide a one-stop service for the MCSTs, whereby we would not only provide the compliance works in line with BMSMA (as the Managing Agent), but also provide the core support services required in the day-to-day operations of your MCST (example: Cleaning Services, Landscape, Technician, Car Park Management etc.)

Our niche in offering our services to a segment of the market allows us to deliver our services attentively and with dedication.
